Tinnitus
and Hearing Therapy - Help Yourself
Some people
find Tinnitus difficult to live with and the ability to meet and
socialise with other people with Tinnitus can be immensely reassuring.
The group acts as a channel for information about new medical advances
and existing methods of dealing with the symptoms of this rarely
discussed problem.
Meetings are
informally chaired by Jack Shapiro, President of the North West
London Branch of the Tinnitus Association, or Dr. Victor B Maxwell M B Ch b MRCGP who has assisted in the research into and the management of Tinnitus for the RNID Research Unit. The group shares individual
experiences, ideas and information on the effective management of
Tinnitus.
The group meets
at Julius Newman House every three months on the third Tuesday of
the month from 2 - 4 p.m. Please ring to confirm dates.
