Who is Support Services for?
Deaf and Deafblind JDA members

How much does it cost?
It’s free!

When is it available?
Mondays 9.30am – 5.30pm
Fridays 9.30am – 2pm

Where?
At JDA – first floor office

What if I can’t travel to JDA?
Support Worker will visit you at home

Do I have to make an appointment?
Yes – please contact Janet or Danielle at JDA to make an appointment that suits you.

• Organising nurses or care at home

• Arranging occupational therapy

• Personal matters needing communication
• Booking plumbers, organising central heating replacement and plumbing works

• Shopping delivery/shopping by catalogue
• Help buying a new computer/printer
• Organising smoke alarm with Fire Brigade
